1.) Santa Maria del Fiore and Piazza Duomo

Florence is a home of fine craftsmanship since the renascence. It is well known for fine leather work, and other decorative bookbinding, papers, gold leaf overlay, and mosaics of precious stones. The crafts are still practiced and worth. The highest collection of studios and workshops are across the river in the Oltrarno nearby regions.
